Show us your coolest kitchen gadget.
My coolest kitchen gadget would have to be my Braun Multiquick Professional Handblender. It has a powerful motor (akin to many blenders), five speeds, a chopper and whisk attachment, and is dishwasher friendly. I have used this nifty gadget to puree soup, make dips (even thick dips like hummus), make smoothies, whisk batter and chop veggies.
